I don’t see any updates but seeing as how I was just let go today unexpectedly August 9,
, let me just say there’s been layoffs almost on a monthly/bimonthly basis. Always in groups.
Today was a fairly large group, departments are running on skeleton crews now! I even heard on the rumor mill just before I was told I was cut that the COO got forced to resign, I didn’t like him anyway though.

It is pretty sad seeing what used to be a flourishing company continue to struggle and lay off great and hard-working folks. The staff has changed immensely, in such a short period of time. I really hope upper management can come up with a gameplan that keeps them from these continuous staffing cuts.
I hope the best for the company. I had lots of good memories there some bad but I don’t wish bad on anyone
That’s crazy . I would partly agree with above however I don’t agree with the statement about only speaking Chinese. I was in meeting where we spoke both English and Chinese. I think the team was just too divided. One person had one idea how to run the company and the other had their own and so forth and meanwhile you don’t hear much from ceo
I was witness and the management did not support the COO . They stuck in groups . Some meetings we only spoke Chinese and not English so half the company could not join. COO tried to push things and people under CEO would push back, however they were making no progress. Even i hear marketing person Andrew C. under CEO team was starting trouble with people to get them fired. It’s. Sad day for Newegg . The team is not working together
