how things in your team? my team no good. manager care more about self, four or three people do the work, product crash all the time, manager dont listen to team opinion to make team better, manager complain about product, there no motivation from manager to make team better, director dont talk to employees about direction.

Your manager and director are focused on their next promotion. You and your team may not be getting their attention but you can be sure your VP is. They don't care if TD fails because they plan to jump to another company where their fancy new titles are valued. No doubt they've already drafted up a ridiculous LI post where they thank everyone who helped them get their promotion.
