With the news of Kris Smith leaving, the pattern continues of higher level management leaving after a big RIF, and prior to the next. Wondering if anyone knows more about that circumstance?

Optum Home n Comm including acquired navihealth will be dissolved soon. The hh leadership is some of the worst we have seen in 20 years! Zero experience and scare tactic methods all documented by employees. Some of those ctms from hh have only 9 or 10 employees under them and getting paid 95 to 100k plus!! Absolutely ridiculous. My friend was moved because the one ctm blamed her for writing stuff on this board. How stupid can they be! They talk about each other to the employees is how i know. Much better for her. I'm thinking about turning in this particular ctm for not following company protocol..think I will. Look out e your day is coming soon. She's fake as a snake and Noone likes her anymore tsk tsk
