They are bringing in EY "consultants" to right-size corporate positions and modernize workflow. I/E Job eliminations incoming. HR, Compliance, Procurement, Finance.

The new directors in AGDC are horrid, literally trying to get SMs to walk off the job with their level of bullying and micromanagement. They should be ashamed of themselves, far from the company I started with and love.
Meetings continue to show that not only do they plan to continue layoffs- they plan to outsource jobs to offshore contractors.
Any word on when or how extensive I/E jobs will be affected?
Since the company can’t innovate or create new products they just need to cut costs by laying people off. It will continue. But they will only lay off the people that actually do the work…the executives will get raises and profit from everyone else’s demise. Worst company ever!
per a meeting today, corporate strat also affected ... the "modernization" effort "will" mean headcount reduction, though "not yet sure if that means 1, 10, 20" on team of about 70. very vague almost intentionally so
