See many manager titles without any managee. Get rid of these hollow managers and save money. Same for senior director, engineering - convert to senior director, technology.

You can Qon some of the people some of the time, but you can't Qon all the people all of the time.
Manager titles with no reports will have the title removed by the end of August.
