It has been this way for over 25 years at Micron. Senior Mangers protect thier leaders even when when HR recommends termination. Anyone that is familiar with the Photo Engineering group in the 200mm Fab1 knows this to be 100% true.
They must have a herd mentality to be able to treat employees like they do and feel okay about doing so. It’s not easy to disentangle and start over in Boise.
If this true, I wonder why employees subject themselves to this kind of behavior? They should report it to HR, file a lawsuit and/or quit.
