No replacements for TAM's leaving is a pretty telltale sign of what's coming. Only question remains is how many will be left standing after the next AOP or if any at all....
Well, the leftovers have interest in doing anything. Just collecting a paycheck till the next hopefully September layoff
When CSMs were phased out, I think they let them all go around November. I think thats end of year at csg
The thing is they have only scratched the surface on the transition to unified services.
Also, ATS is exactly jumping with joy to do double duty!
Yes they are but nobody knows when. Once all the accounts go to unified services but that could be end of the year. I don’t think sooner.
