For those that are in parts of the business that have already announced org charts, are they doing some time bound roles this time like reshape?

JG99? Haven’t heard of those in the mix. IMO, they were a huge distraction for the year after reshape, and should be used rarely to provide overlap for critical technical roles.
Since this whole exercise is to meet our self-stated cost-cutting goals, I don’t think they’d want to keep people on the books past 2025 though.
