During the Townhalls when the HR Bobbleheads Airheads speak, they act like the Citi "promotion" process is a Fvcken science and a meritocracy, when ALL Employees know it's NOT. It's maybe 20% a meritocracy, and the remaining 80% is subjective Bull$H!T all about politics, who likes you, who does Not like you, who's threatened by you (your knowledge, work experience, etc.), do you make more or too much money for your current C-level, cronyism, nepotism, favouritism, BullSH!TISM, etc..
