is... is anyone still here?
Good luck everyone. Hopefully, no more layoffs on September 30.
hourly associates are on 50 hour workweek all month due to upper management’s poor decision making, and still not getting enough product out to meet customer demands. Speaking of DEI… All the managers and supervisors at our facility are white men and there are no woman or ethnically diverse folks on staff and most are of the “millennial” age group. Charlottesville continues to decline. Layoffs likely we think after they work everyone to exhaustion and still do not make the numbers.
Keep in mind that LK is doing his Masters bidding at Black Rock and Vanguard. It would be interesting to know how many ESG initiatives these "investors" have made during stockholders meetings...while the little investors plod along with a 4% matchup.
DEI is nothing more but a pious platitude. In the end, it feels like everyone gets fu---d, no matter where they are.
Nice that we had “Culture Week” in Marshalltown a few months ago and now we have “Cut Week” coming up
Is there a year when you don't have a layoffs in September?
Yes LKs DEI policies and selling good business units is absolutely destroying PL. Everything I’ve heard is be prepared for major pain in layoffs by September. Huge numbers already.
Yes! end of Sept.
Has KM said anything about Fisher layoffs?
At NI, i am sure a New wave of layoffs will bé announced later today to make it up for insufficient results
