How likely do you this is to go through another round of layoffs before the year ends?

Totally agree with the post by @sshe+1tUOy6Jd. There is a strong correlation with top management reorg and lower level worker layoffs. The new "leadership" will make changes to slash costs and enhance their reputation as corporate players. They have no history or loyalty to any company or organization. They make their decisions in a data vacuum unfettered by emotions (well, maybe greed) or relationships. Welcome to the 1980's business playbook part deux.
With the starting of Risk/Compliance reorg taking place with FON and other senior people going, its only a matter of time before lower grades impacted.
Would be shocked if it doesnt happen in 2024.
Will be great to see more layoffs coming for EMEA - praying to all the gods currently
Layoffs are and have always been occurring. People just don't hear about them unless they are large in size or impact people you know. This is part of working for a big corporation. When the previous leadership left the company stock at half of its value pre-Covid, there are going to be lots of changes occurring.
True.
European centres in nov. Promote workers. A lot of work to move work at the moment. We have new roles in nov in Mexico. Na cs and all fraud to come here
Big layoff in na end all of eupore in November. We take it all

Yes, sabbaticals have been removed from terms of employment
There are rumors that the company is looking to remove the sabbatical as a benefit? Anyone has any more info?
Fully virtual US agents, the whole team just got a mandatory in office day 10/2, before the rto mandate of the 10/15. Possibly they are trying to sneak one more in offoffice day in, maybe not?
Back in January, after being laid off, I returned company assets labeled with the odd code name "Project January 2024." What a strange designation...WT*
Laid off this year- came to say our returns labels are named “project January 2025” and heard ICA was “project q”
I have a cost-saving idea that could help the company save $44 million: replace our current CEO with a more effective leader who accepts a more reasonable salary.
They seem to be focused mostly on the San Jose HQ. They should be very ashamed of themselves.
I heard just last week some folks from GTM were let go.
Also, there is apparently an initiative within the company, that has its own project name, to continuously keep cutting (until when? I have no idea).
Heard there will be small cuts here and there through the rest of the year.
I've heard of potentially pockets of them through August. I do think their mid October RTO will cause attrition and that's what they want.
Probably depends on how many quit after the return to office 3 days a week becomes effective in mid October.
