Remember that Truist hates you.
I asked for an equitable raise. hST teammates making much more than the hBBT in the same role. Was told that there is no disparity in my department. Which is BS. Two days later this is announced. I’m tired of asking to be fairly paid and being told no, then they announce another sponsorship.
Just shows that teammates are not their concern at all.
Not to mention they overpaid for the sponsorship - PGA LAUGHING to the bank!
