Thread regarding AFLAC layoffs

Full Return

Did anyone hear about the plan to bring everyone back to the office fulltime, with NO exemptions beginning in January 2025?

Of course not, it's under an NDA. Maybe a rumor... BUT

Enjoy the flexibility now. This is a company that clips the wings of Ducks and puts them in a cage, so you're no different.

Aflac as a company suffers from a culture of good news. The company is hardly growing but the execs behave as if the performance has been stellar. Mediocre management that has neither a vision nor a strategy. Get out while you can is the message for employees and shareholders.

Wow, I just came across this thread, and I couldn’t help but relate it to some critical insights I found in a recent article about the broader implications of such organizational changes. With rumors about fulltime office returns, it's essential to understand the broader industry context, especially with what's happening in the tech sector. The article I found delves deep into how such shifts can signal significant upcoming changes not just in workspace dynamics but potentially in job security as well. For anyone concerned about what these rumored changes could mean for their career, this read is a must.

Bonus is dried up thanks to paying celebrities to endorse a product that is dropping in total numbers. Spend more, for nothing. No return for the employees. But, the employees are happy to receive a plush duck made in China by a kid. Go figure
