When you watch the All Company Meeting, the tyrant CEO of CUSA comes off as very cold, insincere, unrelatable, and non-charismatic. You feel as if he’s talking down to you. He reminds me of several snotty Asian professors I had in graduate school. I despise watching these meetings, and seeing all the snobs gather in Melville to hobnob together. The only person I remotely have Interest in listening to is Pete K. I only met the guy briefly once, I don’t interact with him at all directly, but at least he has sort of an engaging personality and communication style that at least gives you some hope or reassurance.

Surprised no pics of top level management wearing drag clothing and wigs have surfaced. 😂
Kobayashi made no mention of the individuals laid off during his speech. He couldn’t give one frickin’ iota about the people in his company. He’s a heartless, slimy dirtbag who’s only in it for himself and his countrymen.
Pete K is a joke, along with the rest of the marketing folks that are connected to him. For years they have wasted money on technology that never yielded any results or profit for CSA and likely not CUSA either. Ya’ll need a miracle and hope Sammy K wises up. Some of us thought he was smarter than this 🤔
It was frustrating to attend today's meeting in person when I could have been using that time more productively. My department's dissatisfaction was palpable. I should have been upstairs focusing on updating my resume and devising my exit strategy like everyone else on my team and surrounding departments.
The company is rapidly declining, and today's all-company meeting was a complete joke. From admin to senior leadership, everyone is ridiculing the chaotic situation the company has devolved into. Senior leadership has recklessly reassigned staff without consulting frontline management, the ones who actually do the work and understand the roles.
I am eager to observe the unfolding events over the next few months and frankly, I am becoming less concerned about it.
What was announced at the meeting?
