When you have an incompetent CEO who only cares about her compensation there will be problems, many problems. She could care less about your situation. Her goal is to get to year-end with mediocre and substandard action items completed, none of which addressing consent order work. She is he-l bent in chopping Citi in pieces and hang it out to dry. Nobody cares anymore and things are getting from bad to worse on a daily basis.

They better make more employees telecommuters. Americans won't accept 996 culture and commuting to the office 3 days a week.

Have you heard of the 996 work culture?
I feel this will be the case since there is so many oversea workers compared to US workers. This forces USA workers to also have 996 work culture. In order to survive, USA has to live up to the same work standards as the oversea workers.

Its not going to improve. It will continue like this. Its better to tolerate it as much as you can until you have your next opportunity lined up
