Sounds angry, come on bruh lighten up.
I do not care about any of this sh-t. I am stuck here at Kyndryl because I have aged out of the market. I do not care if Kyndryl prospers or if it implodes. All I care about is riding this bi--h until I can dismount and walk away. This one piece of wisdom I will pass on to my younger co-workers, to all young workers, corporate America is fu--ing you over. When you get to be my age Almost retirement age almost. You will have even less value than I have now. I am not angary. I am tired, I have walked the miles corporate America required me to walk carrying the loads and burdens needed to do the job. I am now walking my last mile. Two months from now I will be walking out that door under my terms and my own steam. So good luck, to my younger lazy entitled co-workers. I have no doubts you will not be permitted the dignity of being able to walk out that door. But out that door you will go, because they will use you up and throw you out. To my fellow older workers bite your tongue, put your head down finish your time out the best you can and walk out that door with dignity.

FAKE NEWS
On Thursday, Kyndryl's (KD) CFO David Wyshner said during its Q2 earnings conference call that the company didn't need acquisitions to execute its growth strategy and that the company would continue to focus on "small tuck-in" deals.

Not fake news it is about not knowing the full story. It was never about Kyndryl buying DXC. It was about Apollo buying DXC. Kyndryl will put up a money stake in the acquisition of DXC. It is the same concept as IBM holding, still to this day a money stake in Kyndryl. IBM still holds a percentage of Kyndryls stock. The value for Apollo is once DXC is acquired Kyndryl will take over it's operations, and it will become the administrating company running things. It is not complicated folks. This kind of deal is as straight forward as it come's. After all this is what Kyndryl does. It manages other business's operations and systems or provide internal support. Apollo is still in negotiations with DXC, once they can agree on a price Apollo will acquire DXC. This takes time.
Take a look at the DXC boards here... you really don't want us.
