For those us still here, we know full well that we urgently need to find a new job and career before the bottom completely falls out and we then have to compete with everyone else at the same time looking to survive the demise of Boeing.
The cockroaches are the Boeing leadership. There hasn't been any engineering substance or moral compass at Boeing for many years. The competition has taken full advantage of this and Boeing is now in a flat spin to irrelevancy.
Big layoffs!!!! Going to take a yr or two to fix this mess. That’s even if it can be fixed. So far not looking very positive. Good luck to all.
