Why does Dell need 2 Presidents of sales?? Scannell and Byrne?? Let’s start at the top

It’s been years since the acquisition and that’s what it was an acquisition. There’s no need to have ex EMC or legacy Dell. One president of sales is enough.
I was laid off last fall along with a bunch of other mid-managers on my team. All the directors and VPs are still in place. So now they're doing the work their direct reports were once doing. I survived a couple waves of layoffs...but finally got cut. The VPs and directors remain untouched.
TBH I'm sick of Adrian McLaren and his family showing us his expenses lifestyle. He impresses me like Cancer. Don't post pics of you and your kids on OUR private keys, with your pitstop walks and then come in to the office and expect anything but loathing and disgust. Reclaim those assets and do the world a favour
