Should Jeff Clarke be fired?

It seems this man’s policies have single-handedly driven the share points down over 50 points in the past 3 months. What exactly is this guy bringing to the company. When is enough failed policies enough?

Sadly, instead of being fired, he's been given a performance package worth more than $100m in stock if he hits market cap and free cash flow targets by 2031, as a "reward" for his good performance. Insane.

I can tell you that he ignores emails from customers that purchase defective products at full price that are still in warranty. I’m taking Dell to small claims. Their “advanced resolution group “ simply exists because they no longer have QA or QC. To me this is essentially theft.

They need to layoff old timers like Billy Scannell, Clarke... Dell's market share has gone down since Billy has in the mix. He has no understanding on how the market is working. He is milking Dell for its stock.

I have no faith in him. He’s a liar - remember “do less with less“? Don’t even get me started on “work is a people not a place” or any diversity goal comments he’s ever made. His thought process is so old-school and it is clear to me that he would rather have his way than a happy productive workforce.

I can’t wait to see what bullsh-t tagline he gives us next. I hope he’s honest and says, “because I said so” while he fans himself with $17 million he made last year,

Jeff Clark through to the leaders of ISG are absolutely terrible. They’re egotistical little men who get off on berating people. Here’s the thing they need to live with. Nobody will remember them, nobody knows them outside the company and they’re nobodies.

Clarke is clearly incompetent. Very self sufficient, infatuated person, who comes up dressed up like a beggar or a wall cleaner with the boots on, to deliver his usual blabla.
Greg Davis was also some very arrogant pr--k who even sent instructions in a deck on how to interact and talk to him.
He’s gone now luckily but we have our share of arseholes at Dell for sure
