Can we go back to where we could focus on our work instead of thinking and worrying about cuts 24/7?

The7 don't want you to go back to work! They want you to quit so they don't have to pay you severance! The goal now is to make us all miserable until we leave.
Unless you are in the C-suite you have no control over who gets laid off. If you spend your time and effort worrying about getting laid off……you should be laid off or fired. The best job security is to always be looking for a new job, keep your resume up to date, keep your contact list up to date and be ready to make a move when an opportunity pops up
I'd love to, but with the realignments, we don't know what accounts we're supporting yet. It is amazing that this was apparently planned, but the planning stopped short of identifying who is going to cover which accounts.
It’s tough especially when the whole company just got restructured. New team leaders, new alignments on new targets…you’re a pawn and you’ve to drop what you were doing and move on doing something different. Your opinion doesn’t count. Lovely company who treats its employees like cattle. And yes it’s not easy to leave for another position given the economical context and your age.
I'd love to!... But my badge & VPN access get turned off Friday...
Living under the fear of constant layoffs is just the norm. Early in my career the best piece of advice I got from a manager was why worry about things that you have no control over.
Your 1x1. Or your teammates Should refresh your motivation. Good luck
Get a grip. Why would anyone be motivated when we are all facing the chop?
What a stupid comment.
