Optum is a SCAM! They are THE REASON why healthcare costs in America skyrocket year after year after year. While quality of care continues to decline, as a patient with a UHC Employer sponsored plan I’ve found it harder and harder to see a REAL doctor, instead I am shuffled from clueless NP to NP; just wasting my money on copays for useless telehealth visits that accomplish nothing thanks to clueless NPs .. grr smh!
