Big brother wants to control you and everything you do. Badge swipes are one thing but I’m sure they use technology on laptop productivity/key strokes/mouse movements/active web meetings, calendar meetings, Teams activity, etc.
Even though compliance is 60% scan rate over 90 days, they are monitoring weekly Participation, which is swipes 3 days/ week. So even if you swipe 2 days/week and are over compliance for the 60% scan rate, leaders are taking note of the Participation rates each week, even though that is not the criteria for compliance. Seems rather slippery.
Question for those that recieved a report;
is it safe to assume they moved the goal posts and are now caring about meeting the goal weekly not in a rolling 90 day period as originally promoted?
Aka if you go on vacation you better only do a long weekend?
As a people leader I got my report yesterday, it does include everyone both remote and hybrid.

Yes all people with reports get a file. It was emailed this week. Even non hybrid employees show on it. Simply states for the week how many days was there swipe activity, no hours in hours out, simply swipes. To meet compliance, 2 swipes a week is needed since rollout.
Our manager told us a few days ago that they would start receiving reports of badge swipe data for their teams. Previously that was accessible to VPs only.
Some people have received non-compliance emails from their managers this morning
