Please resign. With Teradata on your resume, you lack a compelling story for your next employer. Once this role is over, you might only be left with living off the interest from your CDs, having misappropriated funds from Teradata. It’s disappointing to see the impact on others' lives and to recognize that you have been an exceptionally ineffective CEO. It’s best for you to step down now, and please take Rhianna with you.

I was with TDC for 18 years until the new woke regime took over. I refused to go along with their social experiments and left. I don’t even associate SM, HA, KCC, JW, NC, DS…as Teradata. Somehow the board let them hijack a once great company and look what happened. So thankful I work for a great company I love and respect now.

JW is clueless about product's capabilities and while her team has some great people to work with, she and her puppets seems to be lost in how to take the product to market. She should resign first if she has an iota of shame left.
Not true. Many employees left due to DEI being forced upon us - including me. I was there to do my job and was a high performer. I started looking shortly after the woke execs started their game with that first offensive employee survey.
DEI has nothing to do with it. Teradata has not had anything to offer for neatly a decade. This product has run its course.
For SM, CB or JW you'd seriously have to question how you came to be in such an important position where the lives of thousands of employees rely on your skills. Yet when you are in the role you show zero capability and everything you touch fails. Seriously the market is looking at these people and shaking their heads wondering how they hold down a job.
This company is in the shambles thanks to the wonderful leadership.
All the money is spent on the leadership traveling first class for their petty internal meetings and paying them millions of dollars.
Steve needs to resign and take his Hilary with him.
Bring in new and fresh blood willing to make the product WORK.
It's time to go for the executive leadership! Such a shame.
