Just heard a rumor that as part of our new cost-cutting strategy, the planned salary increase for October will be delayed until March and this will be announced during the all-hands meeting.

Wasn't this the one pushed from March'24 to Oct? I don't think this will get pushed to next year.
This is 100% false.. Not saying everything is roses and butterflies, but they have enough legal up their as--s.. this isn't a move they will make..
this is just a start... don't be surprised if AIP is cut too to a minimum or none. LT were selling their stocks like crazy since the end of March, so they are "well prepared". Who cares about the rest of us? Right?
You are paid what they ho-k you are worth. Find another job and leave while there is time.
That will mean for some of us we've had no pay increase in 2 years. Yet here we are charging increases to our customers citing the increase in costs. What a disgrace for hard working employees and its yet another sm--k in the face as the failed ELT award themselves in millions of RSU's.
As part of AIP bonuses salary adjustment was delayed till march and it is being further delayed. Original poster is not daft you are thick.
What I will like to see is ELT taking a pay cut for a year. You could save that way too. They lack real strategies.
Really? Salary increases when they’re cutting 10%? Don’t be daft. You sound like Clark Griswold. Don’t count on building that pool. You won’t even get membership into the jelly off the month club - if you’re even still here.
