People joke that every six months there will be a reorg. It’s true. Executive and senior management has no idea how to run this company and reorgs constantly, with layoffs and demotions. Good workers are usually impacted and people who’ve been there for years get to stay and are never impacted. They have good benefits but it’s not a great work culture and there’s little security
