CVS Minute Clinic will lay off all of their CNA/PCA’s as of Aug 31 due to the job role not being “efficient” as they are transitioning to “oak health” primary care. Which was very much insulting to us that do have a CNA license because it was required for the job when hired then 2 months in stated the role will be called PCA and no need for license! But yet again hiring students RN-to BSN as of Aug 1! Definitely played us like su-kers!!

The company and its leadership are just a hot mess. They clearly do not know what they are doing and mess with people’s lives, careers and families due to poor strategies and decisions. No one is going to ever want to work for them. They cannot be trusted.
The entire c-suite is incredible they break every percentage rule of chance if you flip a coin enough times it’s 50/50. But incredibly and breaking all odds they are wrong on every decision and every acquisition.
How many billions of dollars did these executive re--rds dump into Minute Clinic? Loss after loss after loss.

They started scalping back the minute clinics months ago. We interviewed an NP that was affected. Another failure of KL.
