FLKS is a ghost town despite Tom demanding people be in the office three times a week. No one cares anymore, because there are different rules for the higher-ups. (Looking at you, Shana! Good to hear they let you use the corporate jet to come to NJ from your house down south. Please tell me more while I struggle to pay my mortgage.)
Everyone everywhere is miserable. At least you all in the plants have the knowledge that your work matters. If I hear about that bullsh-t gemba one more time and how “work isn’t done in offices” I’m going to scream… from my office.
