Saw this coming years ago. Executives inflate a fake bubble. Execs cash out right before the pop with insider info. Trillions in executive bonuses funded by the middle class (retirement and executive welfare/0% taxes).
Hundreds of billions of stolen by the 1%. The bubble bursts, 401ks destroyed, layoffs, inflation, and debt.
The folks hit the hardest will blame minorities for their misfortune and the cycle continues.
(It's a rhetorical question.)
