I’m guessing most of the RIF will happen this year based on the Q2 report. Does anyone know when it is starting?

potentially september, am guessing this because new salary packages takes effect from October for many as it was pushed out from March to Oct to conserve funds, so we can expect HR calls potentially from 4th week of August and into September.
Has it really started? Can someone confirm that?

They should cut me my severance check, I'm ready to leave now.
