The need assistance buttons go off all day. They never seem to stop and there are literally no employees to assist customers.
We can't get more employees hired because they tell us the sales are not high enough and customer traffic is way low because there is never anyone to help.
This company has become huge joke.
It's simple economics. You have to spend a little money to make money. That means, spend the money on hiring and start giving the people that stay here busting their as--s a significant raise.
Maybe then, people will start caring about their job again and working hard.
