I've been with Boeing for over 10+ years and am now considering transitioning to Microsoft, specifically in a Project Management role. I hold a degree in business. Do you enjoy working at Microsoft? Could you share what your day-to-day experience is like in this or similar roles? Any suggestions for similar positions or tips for getting hired would be greatly appreciated.

I've been with Microsoft for almost 10 years and i'm based on the East Coast (started in nyc), but I'm now remote while still residing on the East Coast. Microsoft has been a fantastic company to work for. 10 out of 10 for me...
It's not always perfect, especially over the past few years it was tense, I've been part of a great team and have worked on engaging projects...
I plan (for now) to stay at Microsoft as long as they'll have me. If I were to be cut in the future, I have no interest in pursuing opportunities at Google or Amazon. Instead, I would look to work within my community, perhaps in local government or teaching.
