DI customer here. I know there have been recent posts and comments regarding this topic. But I was wondering if anyone could share any more news on the potential sale of Digital Insight? We would like to prepare for possible changes, and going under private equity concerns us from a support/service stand point. Thank you!

It’s about to sell. RUN, don’t walk, to salvage your money and investments.
RUN!!! NCR acquired DI and made a laundry list of promises that were never fulfilled. Start a transaction on one channel and finish it on another. Customer service was lacking before so unless Veritas sinks some cash into R&D and support they will simply milk it for what they can get and move on.

Ask me again tomorrow.
I cannot give specifics without blowing up my spot. If I were an NCRV customer, especially on the DI side, I would take the opportunity to speak with your account representatives immediately.
Private equity is very likely, but honestly the least of customers’ concerns. There is a reality in which NCRV terminates its contracts, declares bankruptcy, and attempts a sale as — essentially — a client black book to a private investor firm.
Even if the worst case scenario fails to pass, by end of Q1 2025, NCRV customers will see that their contracts will not be completed. The only possible exception in my mind is Digital Banking.
