Agreed. No emails internally is such BS.
Given there are definitely WFR's in Services, it would be nice for Doug or someone in his leadership team to acknowledge it. Silence so far...
Anyone know why there are no org announcements for Services?
Anyone like to summarize all of those announcements? Lots of "getting lean" language. Sounds like Public AEs are being combined with ISRs. Several "retirement" announcements mixed in. What is the big, overall takeaway?
Search Inside Dell for Organizational Update, sort by latest. There's a page that is literally a directory of all the communications from sales, HR, operations, marketing, etc. In Scannell's update at the bottom it states they are posting all of them online vs. sending via email. The URL ends with Organizationanl-update---August-2024.aspx
Dell Digital got our org update email just now. Some new people joining us from global sales and DTX; no mention of anyone in DD leaving.

Last Thursday my Director notified remaining employees that 3 were given their notice of being WFR. That was 20% of our team.
Nothing much in ISG. only sales is getting affected.

Nothing yet, but see a lot of manager being 'nervous. I'm hearing people talking about people they know having to leave. But all 2nd hand info.
They were supposed to be sent at the highest levels starting 8am ET then cascaded . maybe the friday event of stock market changed their minds :p
