Considering that my pay is below the industry standard, the high expectations Micron is setting are laughable to me. I have been doing only what I'm paid to do - which is the bare minimum - for a while now. I know my manager is pi---d but I don't care. I know my worth. Will I be fired? Most likely. But again, I don't care. I'm done breaking my back for no proper compensation.

To Don't worry, be happy! again it sounds like you have a lot of privilege and lack empathy.
I totally get some employees are unhappy working at Micron, what I don't understand is why they continually complain and remain employed there? Why not cease control of your career and move on to greener pastures?
The hardest step is the first step, take charge of your career and your personal happiness and move on.
Leave. They are notoriously mercenary in their hiring/firing practices, at least in Boise. I worked with a number of guys who came from there and they had nothing good to say about the company or work environment. One even went so far as to say, very publicly, that the company leadership has “no conscience.”
We are an industry leader in cheap labor and slavery with a relentless focus on micromanaging and ruining people's lives.
Pray for Micron
Hopefully you find peace and tranquility in your world. God Bless.
You sound like someone with a lot of privilege.
You need to find better options if you are that miserable, it's definitely a big step out of your comfort zone. However, right now your priority should be your children and your personal health. Jobs come and go all the time, put you and your family first. Seek help from your family or church until you are in a better spot. You will find a better fit with another bus
You can’t just leave if you share custody after they wreck your home life with work demands. Quit quitting is the only answer. Hopefully a teammate will pick up the slack so you can parent too.
Why wait? Be proactive and look elsewhere. I liked it when Micron tells you that they are a global company and you need to have meeting according to GMT 8 time zone too. Basically 12 hrs off from MST. That you can easily shift your workday schedule to accommodate those meetings. Come in later during your workday to work late meetings with Asia. Great opportunity. Right! when your first meetings of the day start at 7 am and almost continually until 5 pm. It doesn’t happen that way to just shift your workday. They don’t care just work more
There is no place to go in Boise, especially if divorced with a custody agreement.
I think the term is, "quiet quitter".
If you know your self worth and feel you are undervalued, have you given much thought to seek employment elsewhere? Regardless if what you think of your employer it just seems like a waste of your time for you to put so very little effort when you already know the outcome will be getting terminated. You would be better off turning the negativity into something more positive for your self worth.
