I am tired of seeing Director and higher people playing childish politics to justify why they're important to the organization. Seriously, you wouldn't need to be doing this if you WERE capable and didn't need to take credit for other people's work. What's worse: their managers are oblivious to the incompetence in their own organization. Where is this company headed? Seriously.
