Does anyone feel like family is an excuse to leave work they don’t have without children and like they have to take one for the team and pick up the slack?

There is no where to go in Boise and not divorced with a custody agreement.
I am amazed how many negative Debbie Downers will sit and complain how much they hate working at a company AND then continue working there. If an employee is that unhappy with their employer they should seek a new opportunity elsewhere.
With all the divorces at Micron it makes sense single parents need support
