Getting laid off tomorrow. They don’t know that I know already that I’m getting laid off. What should I do to make this the most uncomfortable day for my boss?

No one reads the room better than IPS. That post epitomizes MH and Cengage leadership's arrogance, condescension and buffoonery.
Yo IPS - read the room, dude. Wrong thread for this kind of post.
Listen up,
Why should your manager feel uncomfortable? Cengage attracts the best and brightest from across the tech industry, with many employees joining us from powerhouse companies like Apple, Google, Meta, and Netflix.
The difference between Cengage and its counterparts is our unwavering mission. Redefining how instructors and students learn is a dynamic and thrilling mission that the most exceptional individuals strive to embrace. Initiatives like Cengage Unlimited, which has saved our customers millions of dollars, and Project Horizon, which has elevated the standard of living for our colleagues abroad, are just two examples of the resounding successes and positive impact that Cengage consistently achieves.
Do not fear that you have failed to accomplish the goals that have been set. To ride the bleeding edge of ed-tech one must be a disrupter who is willing to question why and influence change. Perhaps working for a concern without such a critical mission that requires a less dynamic skill set would be more your speed.
Let me be clear, I wish you the best in your future endeavors and urge you to take solace in knowing that having a crown jewel of the ed-tech industry on your resume will make you an in-demand candidate for many positions.
Full Stop!

Sorry to hear that OP! Best of luck to you. Hopefully, you'll find a better place soon.
I am or was a CPI, I’m home now, they can never hurt me again.
if you don't mind, can you share you role or which department (without being specific if privacy is a concern).
