It’s a bloodbath. The whole place is "I don't have to outrun the bear, I just have to outrun you." Everyone turns on everyone else. Alliances were formed (ala Survivor) and people were systematically thrown under the bus to stay out of the bottom 10%.
It’s Brutal, ugly, and unprofessional. Anytime I hear someone mention Stacked Ranking, I just walk away. Human beings should never be treated like that.
It has no place in any decently run organization. It’s a tool to get rid of unproductive people. If everyone is productive, its poison.its actually discrimination

It’s over people who are compliant free metric is perfection getting out in finals for Discovers issues ! I do not care let them fire me they will be so sued ! I can join the sue discover club ! Capitol one is is bad too

No surprisingly, I performed worse that my peers due to this level of difficulty. Is there anything that I can do about this? I’m concerned about being pushed out because I’m working on this specific team. I thinks it’s unlawful as well and am looking into this
