RTO is a scam. Most of these jobs can be done anywhere.
Pay scale su-ks for the actual work done.
C suite is disconnected from what is going on at the bottom.
Middle management is feeding the c suite bs meanwhile we at the bottom are forced to fix it.
Jobs are outsourced constantly.
Tech workers need to unionize like their jobs depend on it. Because it does.

Dell Nashville tried to unionize, and Dell just moved manufacturing out of Nashville.

Dell is a paycheck. There are no “careers” here. It’s at best an unethical company to work for. Just collect the paycheck and fly under the radar.
Unionize? HAHAHAHA. Look at the auto industry in the U.S. If you want jobs to leave the U.S. any faster, unionize. Unfortunately, high tech is stuck. Shareholders want more value. If you aren't increasing revenue, companies will shed employees.
C suite knows that the workforce at the bottom lacks skills on average and therefore the payscale is unrewarding. RTO is a way to truncate the unmotivated employees. If you do not believe in DELL just leave.
