If union was in place this wouldn’t have happened

Union = less innovation
Union = fewer customers
Union = more layoffs
Definitely not what Intel needs at this moment.
It’s time to look this over again.
You all didn't want to unionize when you had the chance in the 90s. In 2024 the only unions interested in infiltrating the sector are co-mies. If you want your union dues to support Putin getting another faberge egg then please just quit now. We dint want you.
OP, talk to Sanders or Warren. They will definitely help you with that.
There is a group internally working on this but they for very obvious reasons wish to remain anonymous. It is also in very initial stages. But if you ask around (you know who) you can find out more.
I just want to keep my job. I have people who rely on me for support. If a union will achieve this job security the so be it. Who is organizing it and where can I find more information about it?
Is someone advocating for the complacency of a a Union while needing to innovate to compete? Brilliant! This is not a jobs program
Is there someone starting on? Where can I find information about this? Are those people already meeting?
"If union was in place this wouldn’t have happened."
But it needs to happen.
I recently retired after 26 years on the floor. Not being union was one of the best things about Intel. I worked my a-s off, I got recognized for it.
Yeah, it's too late.
There is no money to be made by the unions here.
It's not too late to unionize.
HR does not want others to see this post
Liking/unliking anything Intel is irrelevant. Unions have long outlived their usefulness. Now they're just self-serving, corrupt organizations that only benefit those in charge. Very much like a communist government.
You actually like what Intel has done? I am confused if you like them so much why are you even on this message board. I don’t like or hate Intel. I like having a job. If a union secures that job then great
You don't think that unionized companies have layoffs? There's already enough employees who hate Intel. We don't need some corrupt to make things worse. And yes, unions brainwash employees to hate the company they work for.
