I’m hearing a lot of heads are going to get chipped off with the response to Crowdstike and how it was handled worse than the other airlines… maybe even a whole new technology and customer service team to repair the damage to the brand …. American SW and Frontiers increasingly awful customer service and reliability over the past decade drove away their business travelers to Dejta and united … the way delta handled crowdstrike along with all the video of ATL passengers sleeping on floors, corporate travelers missing flights and vacationers freaking out seriously freaked the board out to the point of panic.

Makes sense. In spite of Microsoft indicating they are willing to help, delta refused and passengers were hugely affected. Heads of those responsible must roll.
