The racist comments are being made by Intel H.R. on posts that are negative toward any leadership. They know that posts get taken down in a few hours if they have racist comments in them.

You’re giving HR too much credit. I think what you are seeing is accurate to workforce at Intel. Not everyone is a bad apple but there are some.
I don't know, all these conspiracy theories popping up lately about it being HR or Russia...much more likely that the layoffs are just pi----g everyone off, jerks included. Just downvote the racists and don't give them attention.
Pat was part of the negative culture shift before he was pushed out. When engineers became gods and validation was blamed for trying to make them look bad.
You really believe Intel HR is that dedicated. At Intel, people only care for themselves. Look at Pat. All he did was to be in news. Loser didn't fix the culture.
