I love to see how useless high level folks at Broadcom are. Most folks I see work on 'features' started since 2018. Same folks in Amazon would probably deliver the same for a month, how with such extremely low productivity HT can offer so many RSUs?!

In my org leaders has no work since Nov. 2023. Not sure how this makes them useful. My observation is that we don't do any meaningful work now, so levels doesn't matter, most staff2 do mts 2 work anyway.
