I’m really interested in how many Hybrid workers lose their jobs vs the 50% of company-wide Remotes. This will tell the story.

Unless someone in the know can tell us different, I don't think it's going to tell the story you think it will. The truth is there are some teams who are concentrated in a specific area (RR, HOP, etc) where yeah, if you're on a team of 15 and 14 are hybrid and you're the lone person who chose remote...maybe that gets held against you. But you also have teams that are truly globally dispersed because guess what??? We were a company that embraced remote work for 9 years before the pandemic hit. I'm on a team of 18 and only two people are in the same metro, the rest of us are remote and spread around the world. Our manager doesn't live in the same state as any of us, and doesn't live near an office. It's not going to be held against any of our team for being remote because it just doesn't make sense.

Long story short, you're going to see a huge mix of remote/hybrid losing their jobs. I doubt it's the driving factor in a company wide culling across numerous organizations, where the main driver is simply reducing OPEX.
