Worst stock price drop in 50 years. What a record achievement.

If past layoffs by tech companies teach us, wall street loves cost cutting and layoff and stock should rise. The stock only dropped because of the cancellation of dividends.
next ceo will be a carve up specialist. doesn't need to know anything about tech. just carve it up. they are around and actually often do a decent job of saving organizations from complete failure. if pat stays around intel will be bankrupt in 2 years. no products anyone wants. no process anyone wants to pay for. really nothing.
He has ruined many lives. People with mortgages or kids in college that now have to come home, etc.
I am surprised why he hasn't being fired yet. A lot of people are losing their saving for decades.
Only LisaSu or Jensen interns would possibly agree to take the role of intel CEO.
They will probably use coin tosses for every big decision....50/50 win vs loss.
...this will be better than current CEO results of 0/100.
The BOD has no choice but to get a new outside CEO...only option to save face.
New CEO will cut a lot more....no more big severance packages.
Anyone in the ruleof75 bucket really has to be a mo--n to not take the exit now.
Does Lisa Su and Jensen have another cousin that can take over the business? :D
Current CEO must be fired! 3+ years on the job and nothing to show except for his 100+ mil salary and BTW cutting his work force by 15%. Lost all credibility with Wall Street with his usual inaccurate guidance.
Stock is 50% ytd so yes way past time
@py1… I can do it. I am a bargain too. I will run the company into the ground for half of what PG is getting paid. No really qualified leader/manager/visionary would touch this steaming pile. It has been proven that Intel culture has become extremely toxic. Long term employees are going to be saddled with this during their job searches. Intel needs to heal itself or it will just fade away in significance which is the likely outcome.
