The unused vacation pay depends on the state in the US, look it up for yours.

For people laid off in February they gave them 90% of the bonus
If you are in US sales, how does severance work with commission and payout of next months owed commission and do you get paid out only base pay?

Do you get the package as part of the layoff call? Mine is scheduled for Monday morning.
In the US: You get 2 months salary and then one additional week salary for each year employed. I believe the max provided is 26 weeks for the second part of that. you also get part of your yearly IBP prorated on top of that
