There are a lot of rumors floating around. I can’t tell which makes sense. Any info? Pls share, guys, so we know what to expect. How many people? How will they be selected? Who’s most in peril? I am so sorry for all of us that this company has been deteriorating so badly before our eyes over the years, and that layoffs have become our major concern.

Layoffs in training Dept today. Any department that is getting Philippine staff members should get their resume updated and be prepared. I heard those departments are IT, payroll, compliance, and billing but don’t know when those staff members will be added
Layoffs happened today in MedSol HR. I've heard rumors that other depts may have been impacted too, but nothing confirmed. This is exhausting.
From the rumblings, it sounds like the fall will be really rocky. They weren't expecting to hit the "numbers" until at least Jan 2025 which has been stated in many of the all company meetings. With all the outsourcing that is occurring tells me that they are still planning on letting people go. Plus the postponement of the all company meeting. The departments that are being outsourced are most likely at the highest risk of being let go (possibly some in credentialing/onboarding, audit, IT, sales, recruiting, and cutting more management as teams will be downsized to where not as many managers will be needed anymore). At this point, no one is really safe (even those whose positions aren't being outsourced) within the company and anyone is at risk unfortunately.
I did some figures on what they would be paying the people they are outsourcing too (such as the Philippines) and it came out to like 15 cents a day give or take in US dollars as you can pay them less than what you'd be paying people in the US. Which is part of why they are outsourcing. It's cheaper to pay someone in another country than someone in the US.
I am so sorry that everyone is on edge and questioning there job security. That is no way to live everyday wondering if we'll have a job when we clock in. There is a life outside of this dysfunctional company. Don't forget your worth and know that you're so much more than what this company has turned into. If you have the opportunity to voluntarily leave, I'd recommend doing so sooner than later. I don't foresee this upcoming fall/2025 going well and there will be more people let go as time goes on. That is the one thing they have been consistent on.
Best of luck to those looking for new employment. I also am currently looking to leave before everything comes crashing down and more things hit the fan.
You are so much more than this company has to offer anymore.
