Thompson Creek Window Company focuses solely on immediate concerns, neglecting long-term strategic planning. When ideas are communicated, they are often deferred with promises of future discussions that never materialize. The primary issue lies with upper management, which fails to take responsibility for their actions and instead blames it's employees. This lack of effective communication hampers the team's ability to produce results and cultivate a healthy work environment.
