INTC looks done

Layoff is not going to fix this.

So sad.

All people taking VSP in TD are experienced so far. The managers have no clue how to do TD development. They make fake news to Ann and to Pat. They put people who obey their commands to management position. Important positions are talkers and marketing, those non-technical incompetence people. Intel is rotten from Inside.

Judging from last time, there is going to be so much money wasted in the way that Intel attempts to do cost saving. It's done.

The way the layoffs are being done is just more bad management. The selection of people to be dismissed shouldn’t be a voluntary thing. You will lose too much talent and experience. Management should know who should be let go and it is their job to select and make the cuts. Instead they are cowards. Firing people is hard but it's part of management. At the end of all of this who knows what the workforce will look like. I suspect the people who remain aren’t going to be able to compete with the best companies.
