New changes are having so many experience people leaving this company that it will hurt. Just because the wrong people are in power, The expectation of making a better company to work for ends down the toilet!! All this diversity bs and buddy system needs to change, I’ll be putting my two weeks this month! Good luck to y’all!

Buddy system it’s really bad you have to be either friend or family to move up around Roswell, Hobbs, Carlsbad. There’s some leaders that don’t have a clue what they doing it’s very embarrassing and those who know will never move up, I’m done with this company can’t wait to get my bonus and I’m out!!!!
That’s because the previous Mr podcast got made fun of so much, his feelers got hurt.
So he’s passed it off to his favorite south park character. Cartman isn’t going to stop picking on that guy though!
there's a new Mr. Podcast in town, so any lack of depth and breadth in our core business is made up for with likes on socials over something DVN never mentions in the quarterlies.
The idea behind management at DVN is that they can be assigned any team to lead no matter what skillset.
Laughable at best. Severely detrimental to the shareholders at worst.
people promoted to management with very little experience, almost all of which is exclusive to DVN.
We talking old Macdonald or JR? Both of them need to get back to their respective farms in my opinion.
The buddy systems it’s everywhere but here in the Permian to get hire all it takes it’s to know one person, but that’s not the problem the problem is the all of his buddy’s are worth less, I’m confused on how he got away with it unreal!! A.C
